These Terms govern your use of AllOfDubai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who can use AllOfDubai
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Community guidelines
AllOfDubai is a community-driven platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, spam, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property. Listings for businesses, deals or events must be truthful. Fake reviews are prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on AllOfDubai you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the Service so that it can be shown to other users. You may delete your content at any time.
Reviews and business listings
Reviews must reflect your real first-hand experience. Business owners may not write reviews for their own business and may not pay or pressure others to write reviews. Listings (deals, events, businesses) must be accurate; the user who creates the listing is responsible for its content.
Reservations and third-party transactions
AllOfDubai displays reservations, deals and events submitted by businesses or community organizers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business. We do not guarantee that any deal, price, availability or claim is accurate. Always confirm directly with the business before relying on any information.
Prohibited activity
You agree not to: scrape or copy the Service without permission; attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits; impersonate another person or business; use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages; or interfere with the Service in any way.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to AED 100.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimer, limits on liability) will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
